CNN Hero Non-Profit Rising Tide Capital Graduated A Record 202 New Jersey Entrepreneurs From Its Nationally Recognized Community Business Academy Increasing Its Alumni Network to Over 2,000

“Our Community Business Academy is particularly special to me because it is the foundation of the work that we do at Rising Tide Capital. The training that our graduates receive places them on the path to economic independence and brings demonstrable change and value to the communities where they operate. These successes would be impossible without the support of our generous donors. Tuition is valued at $3,000 per student, however thanks to our community of supporters, tuition is waived for every student accepted into the program. That kind of investment is priceless for our entrepreneurs many of whom are from underserved communities,” explained Alfa Demmellash, CEO and co-founder of Rising Tide Capital.
