February 29, 2016— Rising Tide Capital (RTC) opened the Spring session of its signature program, the Community Business Academy (CBA) last week. The class, held once a week on evenings and Saturday mornings, is designed to teach entrepreneurs business fundamentals including budgeting, marketing, bookkeeping, and financing.
