Rising Tide Capital 2019 Annual Client Survey Sweepstakes Disclaimer

Eligibility to enter: 
Rising Tide Capital’s (RTC) Annual Client Survey is open to graduates of its Community Business Academy (CBA) who graduated in Spring 2019 or before and are operating a business. The general public and individuals with other connections to Rising Tide Capital (stakeholders, RTC program participants who are not CBA graduates and CBA graduates who are not in business and/or graduated after 6/1/2019) may request entry to the sweepstake without completion of the Annual Client Survey. Members of Rising Tide Capital Staff, current Contractors and CBA Instructors are not eligible to enter into the sweepstake.

How to enter: 
Anyone who completes the Annual Client Survey, and is eligible to have done so based on the criteria above, are automatically entered into a random sweepstake drawing for one of two prizes. Others individuals may request manual entry into the sweepstake. Duplicate entries will be deleted.

Duration: 
The survey will be open to responses until 3/31/2020 at 11:59pm EST. 

Prizes:

There are two prizes – 2 x USD $500, given in the form of a check.

How winner is chosen: 
Two winners will be chosen at random after the survey has closed. This random drawing will be streamed live on RTC’s Facebook page. To ensure fair play an individual from an external organization will randomly pull two names from a bowl of eligible entries. RTC staff members will witness the drawing.

Notification of winners: 
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone call using the contact information provided in the survey. As RTC is a 501©3 non-profit organization, the winners will need to complete an IRS W-9 form to receive their prize check.
